After the merger of the company with Warner Bros. Discovery, I started working with Design System facing many inconsistencies, with the team we began to give it a new direction, improving it to such a point that through add-ons such as Figma Tokens we began to carry out tests of brand theming.
Color tokens
Multiple meetings with feature teams to explain how the tokens were created and tested and thinking about how the brand can live with HBO at that time allows us to create a new approach.
Accessibility
Worked reviewing and improving the contrast ratio validation (a11y) in some components ensuring compliance with accessibility standards
